Mohamed ElAlfy began his career in videography and photography in 2005, serving as Managing Director of Digital Vision Integrated Studios. In 2009 he founded Grand Creation Studios, building it into one of Egypt's most respected production houses over the following two decades.

A director of international renown, ElAlfy has worked with global superstars, multinational corporations, major television networks, and the highest levels of government — consistently delivering work that raises the standard of visual storytelling across Egypt and the UAE.

2005

Career Begins

Mohamed ElAlfy begins his professional career in videography and photography at Digital Vision Integrated Studios as Managing Director, laying the foundations of a craft that would span two decades.

2008

Avex Aviation Expo

First major government-scale production — official media coverage for the Avex Aviation Exposition, Egypt's premier aviation industry event.

2009

Grand Creation Studios Founded

ElAlfy establishes Grand Creation Studios, a full-service photography and video production house based in Egypt, with an ambition to redefine visual excellence in the region.

2015

Egypt Economic Development Conference

Appointed as official production house for one of Egypt's most significant national economic summits. AUC partnership begins this year, running for nine consecutive years.

2016

International Concert Milestones

Directs Michael Bolton's first ever show in Egypt, Richard Clayderman & Gheorghe Zamfir, and the Ace of Base & Modern Talking double bill at Soma Bay — establishing GC as Egypt's leading concert production company.

2017–2018

MBC Hologram Series & Global Forums

Works with MBC on the groundbreaking hologram concerts of Om Kalthoum and Abdel Halim Hafez. Covers the AFI Global Policy Forum, CAF Extraordinary General Assembly, and the Association of African Central Banks Symposium.

2019

Jennifer Lopez & Yanni in Egypt

Directs Jennifer Lopez's first ever performance in Egypt at New Alamein — a defining career milestone. The same year delivers Yanni by the Sea and the Global Forum for Higher Education & Scientific Research.

ICESCO, COP27 & CAF
